This is the worst place to send your love on cuz these people don’t give a s*** cuz you’re hurting or not it’s just sit at the nurses station play with it through phones and ignore you so they can just collect the goddamn paycheck this is September 4th 2026 and I’ve been trying to get up for the past hour and a half and I just saw the CNA walking on the other side of the building like nonchalantly so they don’t give a crap about nobody

It has been a very long time since I truly felt my mom was in a safe environment. Since moving into the Memory Care Unit at Mountain View Post Acute, I finally have that peace of mind. The level of care she receives from the entire team is extraordinary. They are truly angels. Caring for someone with dementia isn’t just a job. It requires endless patience, compassion, empathy, and kindness. Every nurse, CNA, activities coordinator, and support staff member has treated my mom with genuine dignity and respect, and it has brought so much comfort to our family during an incredibly difficult time. Every time I visit, her nails are beautifully painted, she has a smile on her face, and it’s clear she is being cared for with love and attention. The team also goes above and beyond by helping set up video calls so we can stay connected, as I live out of town. Those moments mean the world to both of us. Thank you to everyone in the Memory Care Unit for the incredible work you do every day. You don’t just care for your residents. You care for their families too. I am deeply grateful for everything you have done for my mom.
My dad was at this facility for a number of years.. therapists are wonderful, nurses are so so some are great some don’t care at all. When it came to the response from a call light, during the week it was less than five minutes on the weekends forget it you could maybe not see someone for over an hour or two.. My dad passed away in this facility this year in 2026 and I have not heard anything from them since not a card not a flower arrangement nothing.. not even a call.

Every time I visit staff are kind, caring and helpful. The facility is clean and well kept with lovely outdoor sitting areas, a living room type foyer where they often have musical performances, games and a TV and fireplace. There’s always something going on and residents get a daily “newspaper” describing upcoming events, including information, puzzles and more. My friend who is staying here couldn’t be happier. She feels well cared for and is enjoying meeting all the amazing people in her new community. When talking to the staff they will all say it’s by far the best facility they’ve worked in and I can see why.

Had my grandmother here in memory care and felt comforted knowing she had a team of staff that genuinely cared for her and my grandfather who was there almost daily. 💗

I had to spend 5 weeks here recently after a bad car accident. The nurses to the CNA’s are the kindest, most patient group of people I’ve ever had the pleasure of working with. OT and PT were kind and tried to make things fun….they all deserve a hand when I came to an older woman who couldn’t get out of bed or anything. Thank u for making a miserable.time decent and tolerable!!!😍😍

I’m in and out of long term care facilities all day. The team genuinely seems to care for their patients. They are open to what treatment is best and seem to go out of their way to make things happen. Hannah in particular coordinates many moving pieces even after the patient leaves the facility.

I visited this facility I didn’t have a good feeling at Mountain View Post Acute. The parking situation was horrendous. Even on the street I couldn’t park. I parked in the loading zone and went in to ask them where I could park, and they were like, “Oh, that’s fine right there.” So that was my first impression. I had an appointment, but I waited 20 to 25 minutes before somebody helped me. There was no receptionist at the desk. The lady that did the tour was super nice. However, the place was average. It wasn’t dirty, but it wasn’t clean either. I walked out of knowing that we wouldn’t even consider it. It felt more like a hospital and not a living space that was personal.
This place is absolutely horrible. My mom’s needs were neglected on many levels. She died there almost 2 weeks ago and I still haven’t had anyone reach out with condolences or answers. I’ve requested her medical records and am being stonewalled. Someone there began making up lies about my family and tried to hold my mom’s final funds because supposedly someone on my family told them not to release it to me. In 2023 they lost their phone service and she had not been able to get or make phone calls for over a year. She was not given a pneumonia shot and she died of pneumonia. Don’t put your loved ones here

I work in Healthcare, so when my 89-year-old father fell and couldn’t walk, I asked the rehab people I trusted to tell me where I should take him for help. They said that Mountain View Post Acute and their Head of Rehab, Jeff, were where they would send their family. The facility is not new, but it is super clean and well-maintained. The staff and leadership couldn’t have treated us better. The room was large, and we were welcome to be there any time and for as long as we wanted. My mom could stay a couple of nights with him, and they brought her a recliner to get some sleep. When I looked at the reviews, there were some negative ones, but the center was bought a year ago, and every review since then has been good. They got my dad back on his feet; he is home now. I would trust this place for rehab for anyone.
I am/was a resident of this facility You can change a name and change the owner but you can’t change the fact that this place is not exactly a place to be. Service from everyone is lacking, employees are rude, insensitive and don’t want to be here. I’m left to wait for as much as an hour for help! Mountain View Post formally Cheyenne Mountain.
I am a friend or relative of a current/past resident This place is run like hospice. The took terrible care of my mother. If you don’t have the staff to take care of your patients properly maybe you should not accept anymore patients. This place should be shut down.
